No call-out fee. You only pay for the work done. We quote upfront over the phone, and if you decide not to proceed, you won't be charged just for us turning up.

Every key we cut, every lock we repair, and every ignition we replace is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty. If something isn't working correctly, we'll fix it at no charge.
